Challah Making in Honor of Rosh Hashanah At Southern California Children's Museum

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 09/25/2022
Rosh Hashanah celebrates the Jewish New Year and, according to Jewish tradition, the beginning of humanity. Round challah is often featured in Rosh Hashanah meals because their circular shape symbolizes the ongoing nature of time and the round-and-round-ness of the year. Children are invited to make a take-and-bake challah with us! Please note that this activity is free from dairy, egg and nuts but cross-contact may occur.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
