Discovery Cube LA Health Fair

Event will include information booths with professionals, workshops, hands on activities, and stage shows to gain more knowledge on ways to improve your health at every stage of life. Regular programing include educating, giving tip and tricks on heart and lung health, and how nutrition, sleep, and exercise creates a healthy body. To close out the event there will be a Family Fun 1k Run/Walk and a 5k.
Admission to the health fair is included in Discovery Cube General Admission or Discovery Cube Membership.

August 1-2: Dental Health and Early Learning

August 8-9: Well being, Mental Health, and Brain Health
11:00am-2:00pm indoor
August 15-16: Health Advocacy and Community
11:00am-2:00pm indoor
August 22-23: Physical Health and Nutrition
22nd- 11:00am-2:00pm indoor
23rd- 8:00am-12:00pm outdoor
On the 23rd there will be a family fun 1k run and 5k run.
