This class is an exploration of the sculptural properties of a variety of materials including clay, plaster, wire, wood, cardboard and found objects with an emphasis on building skills as well as learning through play.

This class is an exploration of the sculptural properties of a variety of materials including clay, plaster, wire, wood, cardboard and found objects with an emphasis on building skills as well as learning through play. We will take inspiration from modern and contemporary international artists, such as Yayoi Kusama, Magdalene Odundo, Eva Hesse, and Lynda Benglis, to known LA artists such as Alison Saar (Otis alum), and Ann Weber.
This course is for students 5-8 years old
Note:
- Materials Fee: A $40 course materials fee is applied on all courses.
- Optional Extended Care: Summer Camps offer Before & After Care for an additional fee of $50 per time slot. Before Care is available from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and After Care is available from 4:15-6:00 p.m. Please select the appropriate box at checkout.
- Lunch Supervision Fee: A $75 lunch supervision fee is required for students attending both morning and afternoon sessions.
