Tomatomania and The Starter Farm will be hosting a two-day free event for all who want introduce their children to the joys and rewards a vegetable garden can bring them. Vegetable gardening is a wonderful family activity. Imagine a child planting a tiny seedling, learning how to nurture it, and watching it grow sprouting edible fruit. You can make that vision a reality...and enjoy a visit to the lovely towns like Solvang, Los Olivos in the Santa Ynez valley! Great fun for parents too.
