Four Course Easter Feast at Selanne Steak Tavern

Selanne Steak Tavern will host a festive four-course Easter feast offering an elegant dining experience indoors or outdoors at the iconic Laguna Beach restaurant. Executive Chef Vince Terusa and his culinary team have crafted a seasonal menu featuring signature dishes, a prime carving station, handcrafted cocktails, and a selection of Wine Spectator award-winning wines. First Course (choice of) Caesar with crispy prosciutto, Scarlet Beet “Ravioli”, “Wedge” with baby tomato, bacon foam and Point Reyes blue or Mixed Berry and Avocado Crème. Second Course (choice of) Pacific Diver Scallops, Shrimp and Mango Cocktail or Thai Chili Crab. Main Course Carving Station features Prime Roasted Ribeye, Leg of New Zealand Lamb and Whole Moroccan Roasted Chicken – all served with sauces, condiments and four sides at the table. Desserts (choice of) Slow Baked Lemon Lime Tart, Double Chocolate Chip Gateaux or Fresh Churned Strawberry Ice Cream. Alternative dishes are available upon request to accommodate dietary preferences. The four-course feast is $110 per adult and $55 per child (ages 5-12), exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 949-715-9881.
