In this course, students use found materials, photographs, recycled materials, and paper to create collagraphs, monoprints, stencils, and other relief methods of printmaking.

In this course, students use found materials, photographs, recycled materials, and paper to create collagraphs, monoprints, stencils, and other relief methods of printmaking. By exploring the art of Claes Oldenburg, Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol, and other contemporary artists such as Noah Purifoy as inspiration, students will create their own unique collage and assemblage artworks. Using their unlimited creativity, children create drawings on found materials, which become their inspiration for shape, form, color, and texture.

This course is for students 5-8 years old

Note:

Materials Fee: A $40 course materials fee is applied on all courses.
Optional Extended Care: Summer Camps offer Before & After Care for an additional fee of $50 per time slot. Before Care is available from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and After Care is available from 4:15-6:00 p.m. Please select the appropriate box at checkout.
Lunch Supervision Fee: A $75 lunch supervision fee is required for students attending both morning and afternoon sessions.
