Postpartum Mom Group | 6-Week Series (May 19-June 23)
Six Tuesdays. One room full of moms who get it.
This 6-week postpartum group is for moms with babies 0 to 6ish months old. Led by therapist Casey Mouton, each session covers mental health, identity, relationships, and the things that are hard to say out loud.
No advice. No judgment. Just real conversation and expert guidance in a warm, baby-friendly space. Snacks are on us, with a private area for feeding and changing.
