Virtual Tree Lighting Ceremony - City of Orange

In December, we traditionally welcome the “Season of Light” with our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Candlelight Choir Procession. Of course, this year is a little different. Current health guidelines prevented us from gathering together. Even so, we would not be Orange if we did not find ways to keep the spirit of the event alive. This year, we are doing so with a virtual celebration that allows us to remain an active community, while still remaining safe and healthy.

We invite you and your family to join us for a virtual Tree Lighting and Musical Program, posting on Sunday, December 6 at 5 p.m., here on the City’s Facebook page, website (www.cityoforange.org,) Nextdoor, and Youtube.
As is traditional, we will light up the Old Towne Plaza and present a holiday musical program by the Orange Community Master Chorale, both directed and narrated by Orange’s very own Michael Short.
