Radical Cooks

Kids ages seven and up will love the Radical Kids classes at Radical Cooks. The Seasonal Eats class series will explore the nutritional and cultural history of foods found in local Farmer's markets, while the Sunday Night Supper class invites children and their parents to create an appetizer, dinner, and dessert together (and the kids do the dishes!). Every class focuses on teaching new techniques like plating, roasting, searing, marinating, and dicing.
