Welcoming a new baby has always brought joy and awe. It's also a time of overwhelm, sleep deprivation, questioning and a huge learning curve. It's normal for moms and dads to feel isolated and at times, full of self doubt. In our classes, you will learn about all things baby and make new friends, all while getting support and expertise from our exceptional class leaders. We help you create and celebrate your "village." We also laugh, sing, have fun, check in on your babies and give you time to chat and bond with each other. Join a class at the lovely The First School in Santa Monica!
Classes meet weekly during baby's first year. Each week there is a dedicated topic (including handouts) geared to the developmental stages of the babies. There are songs and movement and always time for new parent support and general questions.
